Phidelia Johnson is a Human Capital Management Executive, Certified Human Resources Expert, and Global Strategic Senior Human Resources officer who has worked with business leaders for over 20 years to connect the dots and leverage major organizational
change, streamline business operations and implement innovative systems for long-term success.
Phidelia believes that there is no way to stop the downward spin if you are not proactive in managing the organizational structure and
corporate sustainability in the current complex volatile business landscape. The strategies and best practice she implements brings both individual contributors and people leaders the latest insights to grow talent and build stronger organizations.
She has further helped hundreds of businesses apply fair practices while returning value to shareholders through compliance, risk
management, and motivated staff.
Phidelia is currently the Chief Transformation Officer of Redefined HR, a leadership, management, human resources consulting boutique,
and the Executive Director of HR/Chief Human Resources Officer for an international financial and high-profile staffing firm. She previously
led all housekeeping and human resource operations at the Westin in Princeton, NJ and for the IBM Executive Conference Center.
She was a Human Resources 2019 MVP Recipient and is part of the Most Inclusive HR Influencer List. She has authored various
publications, including ‘The Effects of Inclusive Leadership’ and ‘Workplace Harassment and Bullying’. She serves several non-profit
organizations as a mentor and business coach.
She is a certified SHRM-SCP and SPHR and holds various qualifications including a BS Degree in Political Science, a BS Degree in
Economics and Sociology, and an honorary Ph.D. in Religious Studies.
When she is not at work, Phidelia loves to read for self-development and cook for her family and friends.
